The second class in our series will help if you are feeling tight and sore. We know that sitting most of the day working from home can certainly cause this. Holly provides some great muscle release techniques for you to enjoy.
Watch as Holly guides you through a great muscle release class using a foam roller and a lacrosse ball. Don’t have either of these? Examples of things that would also work would be a wine bottle or glass water bottle and a tennis ball or something similar.
Doing these exercises is important to maintain pliable muscles and to keep your muscles loose. They can also help you recover from certain injuries and prevent future injury. Additionally, these techniques are excellent to release tension and help sore muscles recover.
